NOJA Power Wins Government Assistance
Research and Development of new products and marketing those products around the world can be a very costly business.
NOJA Power would like to acknowledge the support they have received from two government departments.
Austrade has assisted our international efforts with an Export Marketing Development Grant. This grant helps to reimburse some of the costs incurred in developing an international market for promising export products. Successful recipients must demonstrate their product is primarily manufactured in Australia and that they have a sound business and marketing strategy for the product.
The Queensland State Development department also assisted in 2003 with a Queensland Industry Development Scheme (QIDS) grant.
The QIDS grant was awarded to assist NOJA Power develop its new, locally developed and manufactured, RC-01ES control cubicle. The grant was used to produce prototypes and undertake type testing.
QIDS is a Queensland Government initiative designed to assist and support local business projects to achieve the following key objectives:
- Expand markets
- Stimulate competitiveness
- Attract investment
- Foster innovation
- Generate job growth in Queensland
